PCG was contacted by Total Express to work on a second store expansion. This was basically a prototype in itself, making several changes that were recognized by the owners in the first location and would benefit the second store greatly. A unique problem about this property was that it was an abandoned gas station from twenty-five years ago, it had several underground environmental test wells and was monitored for EPA concerns.
PCG got involved early on in this project by assisting in all aspects of scheduling construction around efforts with environmental clean-up and monitoring. This was quite a challenge because the utilities to the site were inadequate for the new facility. Although the job had several obstacles, PCG was able to complete the project in less than five months and on budget.
