B.J. – Oversees daily operations with staff, manages the development and growth of the company, secures needed funding, executes all owner contracts, tours all projects and reviews with managers, handles all disputes, reviews schedules and estimates with staff.

B.J. has over 22 years in the construction industry. He has built large industrial, medium industrial, class A office, restaurants, apartments and several other projects. B.J. and Andrea together are the founders of PCG and have developed the BUILT FAST – BUILT RIGHT concept. B.J. has been a foreman, superintendant, project manager, estimator, manager and  owner, He understands what it takes to make a successful project for PCG clients.
