It is approximately a 14,000 square foot Veterinary Surgical Center, with a total construction cost of approximately $2.9 Million. Working in conjunction with the Owner & A&E team, PCG’s design team was able to reduce the construction cost on this project $400,000+ by redesign and value engineering the project.
